This amazing Victorian warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch was occupied between 1875 and 2003 by Nicholls and Clarke Company, the glass, lead and colour merchants. This unique site, which oozes character, is situated in the Olympic borough of Tower Hamlets, on the edge of the creative and financial sectors. It has much to offer the more creative event organiser.
The three buildings that constitute the site offer a series of flexible spaces filled with history. The most recent part of the site (including the 1930s former tiling showroom) has direct access and large window frontage onto the busy Shoreditch High Street, whilst the rest of the Victorian warehouse rooms offer exposed brickwork and original wooden floors, as well as a very atmospheric former alleyway...
